Important Policy Notice

NO RETURNS POLICY

House of Aamani follows a strict NO RETURNS policy. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where an exchange is approved under the conditions outlined below.

NO CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully completed. Please review your order carefully, including product details, size, design, and quantity, before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

Limited Exchange Available

An exchange is available only in cases of genuine product damage, manufacturing defects, or an incorrect product being delivered, and the issue must be clearly visible in the required unpacking video.

Exchange will be provided for the same product, subject to availability.

✅ Eligible for Exchange

  • Significant damage clearly visible in the unpacking video.

  • Manufacturing defects that affect the product's usability or appearance.

  • Wrong product delivered compared with the order placed.

  • Major damage to handcrafted jewellery or adornments received.

  • Torn, broken, or severely damaged product received.

  • Product damaged during transit, provided the damage is clearly documented in the unpacking video.

❌ Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Personal preference or dislike of the product.

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Minor scratches, marks, or surface variations that are inherent to handcrafted products.

  • Minor finishing or stitching imperfections that do not affect usability.

  • Slight variations in colour caused by photography, lighting, or different screen settings.

  • Natural variations in handcrafted jewellery, ornaments, beads, stones, fabrics, or traditional materials.

  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling, storage, usage, or care.

  • Size or fitting issues for personal collections.

  • Products that have been altered, worn, used, washed, repaired, or modified after delivery.

Handcrafted Product Variations

House of Aamani offers handcrafted Sacred Adornments and Alankaram jewellery, as well as elegant jewellery collections designed for modern women.

Because many of our products are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, finish, pattern, stone placement, beads, and detailing may naturally occur from one piece to another.

These natural characteristics are part of the uniqueness of handcrafted products and will not be considered manufacturing defects.

Unpacking Video Requirements

🎥 Video Documentation is Mandatory

A complete unpacking video is required for every exchange request involving damage, defects, or an incorrect product.

Without a valid unpacking video, House of Aamani may not be able to process the exchange request.

Video Guidelines

  • Record the entire unpacking process continuously, from opening the package to inspecting the product.

  • Show the sealed package before opening it.

  • Clearly capture any visible damage to the outer packaging.

  • Ensure the video has sufficient lighting and clear visibility.

  • Show all sides of the product.

  • Clearly highlight any damage, defect, or discrepancy.

  • The video must be continuous and unedited.

  • Record the video within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Accepted formats: MP4, MOV, or AVI.

  • Maximum file size: 100 MB.

Important: If an unpacking video is not recorded and damage is reported later, House of Aamani may not be able to process the exchange request.

Exchange Process

1. Contact Us Within 24 Hours

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@taarasa.com (replace this with the official House of Aamani email address if different).

Please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Description of the issue

  • Complete unpacking video

  • Clear photographs, if requested by our support team

2. Review Process

Our quality team will carefully review your exchange request and supporting evidence within 2–3 business days.

3. Approval Notification

If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

4. Return Shipping

For approved exchange requests:

  • Pack the product securely.

  • Use the return instructions provided by House of Aamani.

  • Keep the product in its original condition.

  • Return the product with all original tags, accessories, packaging, and accompanying items.

Return shipping charges for approved exchanges will be covered by House of Aamani, where applicable.

5. Replacement Dispatch

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the replacement same product will be dispatched within 5–7 business days, subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping Information

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Approved Exchange: Return shipping will be covered by House of Aamani, where applicable.

  • Rejected Exchange: If the customer chooses to return a product despite the exchange request being rejected, any applicable return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Packaging Requirements

  • Use the original packaging whenever possible.

  • Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging.

  • Include the order confirmation or invoice, if requested.

Refund Information

No Monetary Refunds

House of Aamani does not offer monetary refunds for purchased products.

Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement of the same product, subject to product availability.

Where a replacement is not possible due to stock or other exceptional circumstances, House of Aamani may determine an appropriate alternative resolution at its discretion.

Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Once payment has been successfully completed, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled by the customer.

Special Circumstances

Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from the product ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the required unpacking video.

If verified, House of Aamani will arrange an exchange for the correct product at no additional product cost.

Shipping Damage

Products damaged during transit may be eligible for exchange when the damage is clearly documented in the unpacking video and reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Sacred Adornments & God Jewellery

Our Sacred Adornments and Alankaram jewellery are handcrafted for decorating deities during grand rituals, temple ceremonies, and daily pujas.

Please carefully check the product description, dimensions, design, deity suitability, and other product details before placing your order.

Due to the handcrafted nature and specific purpose of these products, personal preference or suitability after purchase will not qualify for an exchange.

Personal Collections

Our personal jewellery collections are designed for modern women and include pieces suitable for daily wear, weddings, festive celebrations, and special occasions.

Please review the product dimensions, design, materials, and other specifications before ordering. Exchanges are not available for personal preference, fitting concerns, or change of mind.
