Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by House of Aamani.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, product unavailability, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once an order is confirmed, an order confirmation may be sent to the registered email address or phone number.

No Cancellation Policy

Once payment has been successfully completed, orders cannot be cancelled.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, customs delays, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address may not be modified.

  • If doorstep delivery is unavailable in a particular location, the customer may be required to collect the parcel from the designated courier facility.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number.

Returns & Exchange Policy

No Returns

House of Aamani follows a strict No Returns Policy.

All purchases made through our website are final and are not eligible for return or monetary refund, except where specifically provided under our Exchange Policy.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is available only for the same product and only where the exchange request meets the requirements of our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Exchange may be considered when:

  • The product has significant manufacturing damage or a genuine defect.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product was significantly damaged during transit.

  • The damage or defect is clearly visible in a valid continuous unpacking video.

  • The exchange request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused and returned with its original tags, accessories, and packaging where applicable.

Exchange is NOT Applicable For

  • Change of mind.

  • Personal preference or dislike of the product.

  • Size or fitting issues.

  • Colour differences caused by lighting, photography, or display settings.

  • Minor loose threads.

  • Minor finishing or stitching variations.

  • Removable stains or marks.

  • Normal variations in handcrafted products.

  • Natural variations in beads, stones, materials, patterns, colours, or finishes.

  • Damage caused by improper handling, storage, usage, alteration, or care after delivery.

Unpacking Video Requirement

A complete unpacking video is mandatory for exchange requests involving damage, defects, or incorrect products.

The video must:

  • Begin before opening the package.

  • Clearly show the sealed parcel and its condition.

  • Continue continuously from opening the parcel through product inspection.

  • Clearly show the product and any defect or damage.

  • Be recorded within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Be continuous and unedited.

  • Clearly show the relevant issue from multiple angles where possible.

Without a valid unpacking video, House of Aamani may not be able to process an exchange request.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:

  • Actual colours may vary slightly because of photography, lighting, and screen settings.

  • Minor variations do not necessarily constitute manufacturing defects.

Once purchased, products cannot be returned or exchanged due to personal preference or suitability concerns.
